Introduction and acceptance
Kashimi, UAB (hereinafter - “Kashimi”, “we”, “us” or “our”), company code 307023969, having its registered office address at Vito Gerulaičio st. 6-1, LT-08200 Vilnius, Lithuania, is an account-to-account (A2A) payment infrastructure-as-a-service provider operating across Europe.
Kashimi provides account-to-account (A2A) payment infrastructure-as-a-service to financial institutions; however, Kashimi is not a financial institution itself and does not offer any payment or other licensed financial services at any stage.
By accessing or using this website (hereinafter - “Site”), including any of its features or content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter - “Terms”). If you do not agree to the Terms, you must refrain from using the Site.
Use of site content
All text, graphics, logos, and other content available on the Site are the property of, or licensed to, Kashimi and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any use of such material outside the scope expressly permitted in these Terms is strictly prohibited.
You may view, download, or print content solely for your personal or internal business use to the extent related to Kashimi’s services, provided that all proprietary notices remain intact and you comply fully with these Terms.
User obligations
You agree to use the Site in a lawful and respectful manner and to refrain from any unlawful, abusive, or otherwise harmful actions that could interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Site or its functionality.
You shall not:
Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Site;
Bypass, disable, or otherwise circumvent any security or access control measures;
Upload, transmit, or introduce any viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
Access or attempt to access data or systems without authorization;
Engage in any other activity that may harm the Site or its users.
Without prejudice to the above, Kashimi disclaims all liability for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of actions by third parties, including but not limited to unauthorized access, cyberattacks, data breaches, or misuse of the Site.
Kashimi A2A infrastructure
Kashimi provides account-to-account (A2A) payment infrastructure-as-a-service to financial institutions, enabling them to offer payment services through a single open banking–based application programming interface (API), however, with numerous banks integrated.

Privacy policy
Kashimi process all personal data received in connection with the users’ use of the Site in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter - “GDPR”), as well as any other applicable laws governing the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy.
What do we collect?
When you submit a request form for a demo or otherwise contact us, we may collect the following:
Full name;
Email address;
Company name;
Website address;
Other information you voluntarily provide to us.
When accessing the Site, we may automatically collect the following:
Device type and unique identification numbers;

We process your personal data for the purposes and based on the legal bases as follows:

For direct marketing purposes, personal data may be processed for a period of two (2) years following your explicit consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from all or specific marketing communications at any time. You may opt out by contacting us directly or using the unsubscribe option provided in our communications. Declining or withdrawing from direct marketing will not result in any negative consequences, except that you will no longer receive relevant offers, updates, or other promotional information in the future.

In certain cases, we may be required to process your personal data to comply with legal obligations applicable to Kashimi under data protection and other relevant laws and regulations.

In certain cases, we may process your personal data based on Kashimi’s legitimate interests. This includes, but is not limited to, the following purposes: (i) the Site and operational integrity: ensuring the security, availability, and confidentiality of our Site, systems, and operations; (ii) legal compliance and proceedings: investigating, resolving, and responding to disputes; establishing, enforcing, or defending legal claims; cooperating with law enforcement authorities, courts, or regulatory bodies as required by applicable law; (iii) service and platform improvement: analyzing usage trends and user behavior to optimize functionality; conducting research, statistical analysis, and product development; testing and deploying new features to enhance the user experience; (iv) direct marketing: where permitted by law, we may process your personal data for direct marketing based on our legitimate interest (Article 81(2) of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania).
